Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Brussel sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Boiling water, salted

Method

  • Preheat oven 205 degC
  • Wash and trim sprouts, cut as little off the base as possible, keeping the leaves attached. Optionally take off outer leaves
    • Cut in half and wash
  • Boil in salted water 6-7min
  • Drain and sit for 2min,
  • meanwhile prepare sheet pan, oil pan
  • season sprouts and spread cut side down, try to space them apart so they dont steam and brown easier
  • Season the top and put in oven 25-30min sometimes longer until they are brown and crispy
