Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- Brussel sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Boiling water, salted
Method
- Preheat oven 205 degC
- Wash and trim sprouts, cut as little off the base as possible, keeping the leaves attached. Optionally take off outer leaves
- Cut in half and wash
- Boil in salted water 6-7min
- Drain and sit for 2min,
- meanwhile prepare sheet pan, oil pan
- season sprouts and spread cut side down, try to space them apart so they dont steam and brown easier
- Season the top and put in oven 25-30min sometimes longer until they are brown and crispy
