  • Chicken
  • Paprika
  • Salt

Method

  • Mix Salt and Paprika
  • Take out wishbone
  • Season everywhere, inside and out
  • Get twine 1m

    • turn twine 2 or 3 times to keep the twine in place as you tie it off
  • Rotisserie: for about 1hr
  • Oven: 20min on each leg, then on it’s back 20-25min and baste
  • 75 deg C
  • Wait for 10min to rest
