Method
- Mix Salt and Paprika
- Take out wishbone
- Season everywhere, inside and out
- Get twine 1m

- turn twine 2 or 3 times to keep the twine in place as you tie it off
- Rotisserie: for about 1hr
- Oven: 20min on each leg, then on it’s back 20-25min and baste
- 75 deg C
- Wait for 10min to rest
