Dumplings
Ingredient
- Ground pork 400g
- Salt 2 pinches
- cabbage 8 leaves, finely chopped
- green onion 1 bunch, finely chopped
- cilantro 1 bunch, finely chopped
- garlic and ginger, 1 clove each, grated
- umami sauce, 4tbsp
- sesame oil 1tbsp
- black pepper
Method
- salt the veges and let sit to soften
- microwave cabbages which are too hard
- mix pork with salt until sticky, potato mash if necessary
- mix all ingredients and wrap
