Savory Dutch baby

Ingredient

Batter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 23 cup milk
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 1/cup cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 12 cup flower *packed
Filling
  • Bacon (any meat)
  • Asparagus (or other veges)

Method

  • Mix the batter
  • In a cast iron pan, cook the Filling. Make sure there is some amount of oil at the bottom.
  • Off the heat, pour batter on top of filling
  • Oven at 246 degrees C. ~12-13 minutes or until brown and puffed.
  • It will poof up then decompress. So to impress, bring to table immediately.
