Fancy Monch carrots

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • butter
  • parsley

Method

  • Cut carrots 23 inch chunks
  • put in pot with melted butter, season with salt and pepper, bit of water/mirin/sake, cover and simmer
  • wait until soft (test with fork), make sure it doesnt dry out.
  • evaporate the water out to glaze the carrots with sugar and butter. garnish and serve
