Fancy Monch carrots
Ingredients
- Carrots
- butter
- parsley
Method
- Cut carrots 2⁄3 inch chunks
- put in pot with melted butter, season with salt and pepper, bit of water/mirin/sake, cover and simmer
- wait until soft (test with fork), make sure it doesnt dry out.
- evaporate the water out to glaze the carrots with sugar and butter. garnish and serve
