Ingredients
- flour 11 oz
- water 8 oz
- salt 1tsp
- yeast 1tsp
Method
- Mix, knead a bit
- Cover and leave overnight in fridge
- If turning into turkish bread, bake for 8min at 250°C then 5min at 200°C
