- 450ml cold dashi stock
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp agave or sugar
- sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- extra flavor: ** 1tsp fish sauce, 0.5tsp salt, 0.5tsp chicken powder ….
Method
- whisk together eggs and seasoning
- gently steam 10min+ lid half on
- if microwave, put in bowl with air vent: power level 4, 5-6min
