  • 450ml cold dashi stock
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp agave or sugar
  • sesame seeds
  • sesame oil
  • extra flavor: ** 1tsp fish sauce, 0.5tsp salt, 0.5tsp chicken powder ….

Method

  1. whisk together eggs and seasoning
  2. gently steam 10min+ lid half on
  3. if microwave, put in bowl with air vent: power level 4, 5-6min
